I was initially hesitant to order snacks all the way from Courtallam to Bangalore. Delivery within Tamil Nadu is free, but for Bangalore you need to pay an extra amount—which is understandable.
One important note for people ordering outside Tamil Nadu: when the delivery team calls, please request a reliable courier like DTDC. By default, they may choose ST Courier, which ends up at the Bangalore central office and cannot be delivered to home or even nearby branch offices. This is just an FYI for customers from Bangalore or other non-Tamil Nadu states.
Coming to the product—Sun Chips banana chips are top notch. In all my life, no corporate brand has been able to match the authentic taste of banana chips we pilgrims used to get during our Sabarimala trips. I later realized most people buy them from Courtallam, and I chose Sun Chips based on existing Google reviews.
It completely satisfied my childhood craving for real banana chips. The chips were extremely fresh, well packed, and the overall service showed professional excellence.
